Worst experience ever. Went to an event here and wore an outfit with a matching thin jacket. I was told I had to check my jacket or leave. When I explain this jacket is part of the outfit, the staff was rude and was only concerned with $$ for coat check.

Attended an event here no to long ago. Staff was very rude and nasty. They wouldn’t let us hang our coats without paying in their hot establishment (grateful looking back at it ) and had roaches in the bathroom .🤢🤮 will never go back again it’s dirty and ghetto

This was the worst experience ever. The owners treated us bad. Over charged. Had bad communication. Told us we could do one thing and when the day of the party everything went left. They didn’t want to compromise we us. They wasn’t being fair at.

We recently used Glo Events for our babyshower. Their price for the all inclusive package was comparable to other venues, but what made us go with them was how clean and modern the venue looked. The decoration, the food, the service and everything else they did exceeded our expectations. My wife and family were very pleased. Would recommend to anyone looking for a venue.

A friend of mine had an event there and although the venue itself has a descent size and layout, the owner- Gloria, was very unprofessional, rude, had a nasty attitude towards the guests and the host of the event. She stressed out my friend with last minute changes to their agreement and hidden fees – just a few short hours prior to the event starting and once the evening was over. Bad business. Gloria did not seem to care about the host having a great experience. She advertises that security would be included in the rental. But instead, she sat at the door with an attitude. She fanned her hand at guests as they entered and spoke to them without an ounce of care. Guests only enjoyed themself because we attended this place to celebrate our friend, but a lot of guests felt attitude and lack of care from Gloria. She had the kind of attitude of people who hate their job but still go to work and have attitudes. Yet she is an owner. smh. very shady. Very unprofessional and unpleasant environment.
